Role & Responsibilities
- Process inbound merchandise, prepare items for sales floor placement and ensure accurate presentation standards are met.
- Execute merchandise placement, floor recovery and replenishment according to visual and corporate standards.
- Locate and pull merchandise to complete customer orders and in‑store fulfillment requests promptly and accurately.
- Operate RF guns and store technology to receive, scan and track inventory; maintain documentation and proprietary system entries.
- Support ad hoc store projects and cross‑functional tasks as required, including use of ladders, racks and carts.
- Provide responsive customer service when interacting with client requests related to inventory and order completion.
- Drive company vehicle for select store locations in accordance with state driving requirements, when required.
Qualifications
- Ability to lift and maneuver cartons, racks and carts — lift of up to 50 pounds required; ability to climb ladders.
- Proficient with retail technology: RF guns, PC, iOS devices and Microsoft Excel/Word; aptitude to learn proprietary platforms.
- Flexible availability to work a schedule aligned with store business needs and complete assigned tasks reliably.
- Valid driver’s license meeting state requirements for occasions when operation of a company vehicle is necessary.

Experience
Entry‑level role; previous retail merchandising, stock or inventory experience preferred but not required. Demonstrated reliability in fast‑paced, customer‑facing retail environments is advantageous.
Education
High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
