Role & Responsibilities
- Process inbound merchandise and manage placement and presentation on the selling floor according to visual standards
- Locate requested merchandise within the store and complete customer orders with excellent service
- Maintain merchandising standards and compliance with visual presentation guidelines
- Participate in store projects including merchandise floor fill, floor recovery, and supply replenishment
- Operate RF guns, point-of-sale systems, iOS devices, and proprietary platforms
- Drive company vehicles as needed in accordance with state licensing standards (select locations only)
- Address customer needs promptly and generate original solutions to operational challenges
Qualifications
- Ability to lift cartons and handle merchandise up to 50 pounds
- Comfort with climbing ladders and working with racks and carts
- Proficiency with computer systems including RF guns, PCs, iOS devices, Excel, Word, and proprietary platforms
- Valid driver's license in accordance with state standards
- Ability to maintain visual merchandising standards and compliance
- Capacity to work flexible scheduling aligned with business needs
