Saks Fifth Avenue in Greenwich, CT is hiring a Part‑time Merchandise Operations Associate to process, present and fulfil store merchandise.
Role & Responsibilities
- Process inbound merchandise and prepare product for selling floor according to store procedures
- Place and present merchandise to maintain visual and merchandising standards
- Support regular floor recovery, supply replenishment and ad hoc store initiatives during peak periods
- Locate merchandise and complete customer orders placed in-store or via client requests
- Deliver prompt, courteous customer service while resolving enquiries related to merchandise and fulfillment
- Operate RF guns and store technology to support inventory tasks and reporting
- Perform physical tasks including lifting cartons, moving racks and climbing ladders; adhere to safety standards
- Drive company vehicle for select deliveries or store needs when required and in compliance with state licensing
Qualifications
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds, climb ladders and handle racks/carts of merchandise
- Demonstrated ability to learn and consistently apply visual merchandising standards
- Proven capacity to multitask in a fast‑paced, team‑oriented retail environment with minimal supervision
- Flexible availability to work varied schedules per business needs and meet dependability standards
- Valid driver’s license and ability to drive company vehicle as required (select doors only)
Skills
Experience
Entry-level retail or merchandising experience preferred; candidate must demonstrate comfort with store operations, floor replenishment and customer-facing fulfilment tasks. Prior use of handheld inventory devices or retail systems is advantageous.

Compensation
The base compensation for this position ranges from USD 19.61 to USD 24.51 per hour.
