Role & Responsibilities
- Process inbound merchandise and ensure accurate placement and presentation on the sales floor according to visual standards
- Maintain merchandising standards and participate in floor recovery, supply replenishment and seasonal resets
- Locate and fulfill customer orders placed in-store or online, ensuring timely and high-quality customer service
- Operate handheld RF devices and store technology to complete inventory, receiving and fulfillment tasks
- Support ad-hoc store initiatives and cross-functional priorities during peak periods
- Safely handle stockroom equipment, ladders, racks and carts; load, move and lift merchandise (up to 50 pounds) as required
- Adhere to dependability, loss-prevention and safety procedures; drive company vehicle when required and authorized
Qualifications
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and perform physically demanding tasks (climbing ladders, moving carts/racks)
- Strong computer literacy and comfort using RF guns, PC, iOS devices, Microsoft Excel and Word, and proprietary retail platforms
- Demonstrated ability to learn and maintain visual merchandising standards on the selling floor
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to adapt style to different audiences
- Proven ability to multi-task, meet deadlines and work independently with minimal supervision
- Flexible availability to meet store scheduling needs and adherence to dependability standards
- Valid driver’s license as required for select store locations and duties

Prior retail merchandising, stockroom or order-fulfillment experience preferred; entry-level candidates with strong aptitude and willingness to learn will be considered. No specific years of experience mandated.
Education
High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
