Role & Responsibilities
- Complete daily store operations including merchandise handling, transfers, and processing of inbound and outbound freight
- Execute fulfillment, packing, and shipping of online and in-store customer orders
- Perform merchandise price changes and reticketing; relocate products once marked
- Conduct reticketing, damage assessment, mark-outs of stock, and related inventory control processes
- Maintain back stockroom organization and ensure proper merchandise placement standards
- Support visual merchandising teams with product merchandising, sale event setup, and signage under manager guidance
- Assist with setup and breakdown of in-store events and activations
- Adhere strictly to all safety procedures on the dock and throughout work areas
Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year of retail experience
- Ability to stand, bend, climb stairs, and lift and carry up to 35 pounds
- Basic proficiency with MS Office Product Suite
- Demonstrated flexibility in managing competing priorities with a collaborative mindset
