Saks Fifth Avenue in Boston seeks a Merchandise Operations Associate. Onsite role; hourly $19.61–$24.51. Support inbound processing, floor presentation and fulfillment.
Role & Responsibilities
- Process inbound merchandise, receive cartons and prepare product for selling floor placement.
- Execute placement and presentation of merchandise to meet visual and merchandising standards.
- Support order fulfillment by locating requested merchandise in-store and completing customer orders.
- Perform floor recovery, supply replenishment and ad hoc store projects to maintain sales readiness.
- Follow supervisor direction to maintain high standards of product presentation and store organization.
Qualifications
- Ability to lift, carry and maneuver merchandise and fixtures (up to 50 pounds) and climb ladders safely.
- Proven ability to follow visual merchandising standards and direction from leadership.
- Basic computer proficiency and comfort using retail technologies.
- Valid driver’s license and ability to operate company vehicle as required (select doors only).
- Flexible availability to work hours that align with store business needs.
Skills
Experience
Previous retail, stockroom or merchandising experience is preferred; entry-level candidates with strong organizational skills and retail aptitude will be considered.
Education
High school diploma or equivalent; vocational training or coursework in retail, merchandising, or related fields preferred.
