Role & Responsibilities
- Process inbound shipments and prepare merchandise for placement on the selling floor according to store procedures.
- Execute placement and presentation tasks to maintain visual merchandising standards and planogram compliance.
- Support floor recovery, supply replenishment and ad hoc store projects to ensure continuous selling readiness.
- Locate and pick merchandise to complete customer orders and in-store fulfillment requests promptly and accurately.
- Deliver prompt, professional customer service when assisting with product requests and order completion.
- Operate RF scanners and store technology to update inventory records and support inventory accuracy.
Qualifications
- Ability to lift and move cartons, racks and carts of merchandise up to 50 pounds and climb ladders safely.
- Proven ability to maintain visual merchandising standards and follow directional guidance from leadership.
- Proficiency with store technology including RF guns, PC and iOS devices; working knowledge of Excel and Word.
- Flexible availability to work a schedule aligned with business needs, including weekends and peak periods.
- Valid driver’s license and ability to operate a company vehicle when required (select doors only).
Skills
Experience
Entry-level role; prior retail, stockroom or merchandising experience preferred. Experience with inventory systems and RF scanning is advantageous.
Education
High school diploma or equivalent preferred.

The base compensation for this position ranges from USD 18 to USD 23 per hour.
