Role & Responsibilities
- Process inbound merchandise for placement on the selling floor and ensure presentation meets visual merchandising standards.
- Receive, unpack and stage stock; complete floor recovery, supply replenishment and ad hoc store projects as required.
- Locate and pick merchandise to fulfill customer orders placed in‑store or online, ensuring accurate and timely completion.
- Operate RF guns and store systems to update inventory, scan receipts and manage stock movements.
- Deliver prompt, service‑oriented support to internal teams and customers while escalating issues appropriately.
- Maintain safe handling practices for merchandise and equipment; perform physical tasks including lifting up to 50 pounds.
- Drive company vehicles for select store deliveries in accordance with state driving regulations when required.
Qualifications
- Ability to lift, carry and maneuver cartons and racks of merchandise (up to 50 lbs) and climb ladders safely.
- Proficiency with store technology including RF guns, PC, iOS devices, and Microsoft Excel and Word; comfortable learning proprietary platforms.
- Flexible availability to work hours that support store business needs, including weekends and peak periods.
- Valid state Driver's License and ability to drive a company vehicle when required (select doors only).
- Prior retail, inventory or merchandising experience preferred; strong attention to detail and adherence to visual standards.

Entry‑level role; retail or merchandising experience is preferred but not mandatory. Candidates should demonstrate basic familiarity with inventory procedures, order fulfillment and customer service in a fast‑paced retail environment.
Education
High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
