Role & Responsibilities
- Deliver outstanding customer service and cultivate long-term client relationships through consultative selling and personalized engagement.
- Implement recommended selling behaviors and consistently strive to meet or exceed individual and store sales plans.
- Develop and maintain a loyal clientele base through proactive outreach and client follow-up.
- Maintain deep product and brand knowledge to provide authoritative styling advice and product recommendations.
- Collaborate with vendor partners and internal teams to maximize sales opportunities via in-store events, client-building activities and promotional initiatives.
- Perform ad hoc store responsibilities as required to support store operations and guest experience.

Compensation
The base compensation for this position ranges from USD 13 to USD 18 per hour.
