Role & Responsibilities
- Deliver exceptional, consultative customer service to build long‑term client relationships and repeat business.
- Execute selling behaviours to meet and exceed individual and store sales plans and KPIs.
- Develop and maintain a personal clientele through proactive outreach, clienteling and follow‑up.
- Maintain deep product knowledge of menswear brands and collections to provide authoritative styling advice.
- Collaborate with vendor partners and internal teams to maximise sales opportunities via in‑store events, trunk shows and bespoke client experiences.
- Support ad‑hoc store operations as required, including merchandising, fitting room service and loss prevention practices.
