Saks Fifth Avenue in Troy, MI seeks a Men's Sales Advisor to build client relationships and drive menswear sales. Hourly pay $10.00–$17.10.
Role & Responsibilities
- Deliver exceptional, personalised customer service to build long-term client relationships and increase sales volume.
- Execute consultative selling techniques and meet or exceed assigned sales plans and KPIs.
- Develop and maintain a personal clientele base through proactive outreach, client events and follow-up.
- Maintain deep product knowledge across menswear assortments and stay current on brand offerings.
- Collaborate with vendor partners to maximise selling opportunities, support in-store events and client-building activities.
- Perform ad-hoc store duties to support a premium guest experience and store operations.
Qualifications
- Proven, client-focused sales performance in a retail or luxury environment.
- Demonstrable passion for and knowledge of men’s fashion and current trends.
- Goal-driven, dependable and able to motivate peers to elevate store performance.
- Strong commercial judgement with the ability to identify opportunities to improve processes and client engagement.
Skills
Experience
Proven track record of sales success in retail, preferably within luxury or premium menswear; experience building and managing a client book and participating in vendor-led events is highly desirable.
Education
High school diploma or equivalent required; post-secondary education or formal retail/fashion training preferred.

Compensation
The base compensation for this position ranges from USD 10 to USD 17.10 per hour.
