Role & Responsibilities
- Lead the execution of in-store visual strategy, including displays, fixtures, signage, lighting, wall presentations and overall store flow to support full‑price merchandising and sales objectives.
- Implement corporate visual standards and local enhancements for in‑store campaigns, window installations and promotional events to ensure brand consistency.
- Plan and manage visual projects and temporary installations, coordinating timelines, resources and vendor partners to meet quality and safety requirements.
- Provide clear direction and hands‑on leadership to store teams on visual execution, communication and traffic/flow challenges.
- Develop visual concepts that generate customer excitement and support merchandising strategies; present concepts and maintain a portfolio of work.
- Perform ad hoc visual duties including ladder/equipment operation and on‑site installation work in accordance with safety procedures.
Qualifications
- Associate's or Bachelor's degree (2–4 year) in Fashion Merchandising, Visual Merchandising, Fine Arts or a related discipline.
- Minimum 5 years of progressive visual merchandising or display experience in retail or exhibition environments.
- Portfolio or work samples demonstrating event installations, window design or large‑scale displays.
- Ability to safely lift 25+ lbs, climb ladders and operate basic installation equipment; comfortable working with paint, adhesives and tools.
- Demonstrated leadership aptitude with the ability to build team morale, drive results and manage multiple projects to completion.
