Saks Fifth Avenue seeks Manager, Customer Relationship in Miami, FL to drive luxury client strategies, CRM leadership, and team coaching across all shopping channels.
Role & Responsibilities
- Manage top-tier client portfolios and serve as store and market expert on Most Valuable Clients (MVC), designing and executing high-touch retention and spend migration strategies
- Own and deploy tactical roadmap to achieve key Client Development KPIs in collaboration with Brand Experience team to ensure marketing events align with client opportunities
- Monitor and report on store clienteling metrics including trip frequency, tier migration, and cross-channel engagement, using data to address performance gaps and unlock revenue streams
- Spearhead roll-out of all corporate Client Development programs in partnership with General Manager, Store Leadership, and Client Experience teams
- Act as primary champion and subject matter expert for Connect app and proprietary CRM software, coaching Associates on leveraging digital insights to deepen client relationships
- Identify high-potential clients for elite Private Client Relations (PCR) programs and ensure access to ultra-exclusive, hyper-personalized brand experiences
- Partner with Brand Experience to strategically integrate clienteling objectives into localized events, high-end fitting room experiences, and VIP trunk shows
- Interact directly with top-tier clients during key activations, acting as brand ambassador and supporting sales teams in closing high-value transactions
Qualifications
- 4–7 years of experience in luxury retail, hospitality, or premium client relations with proven track record managing CRM strategies or clienteling programs
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Luxury Brand Management, or equivalent combination of education and professional experience
- Demonstrated experience coaching, training, and motivating diverse teams of independent sales professionals to meet performance goals
- Advanced analytical and business acumen with strong proficiency in Excel and ability to translate complex data dashboards into clear operational directives
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills with ability to confidently present insights to store executives and build rapport with high-net-worth individuals
- Physical capability to navigate multi-level luxury retail floor, including standing for extended periods, bending, climbing stairs, and lifting or carrying materials up to 10 pounds
