Role & Responsibilities
- Develop and execute detailed action plans for store and market events, managing all aspects including scheduling, budgeting, internal and external communications, production, and post-event reporting in partnership with Selling Managers, Group Managers, Corporate Special Events, and store leadership
- Plan and oversee seasonal events calendars in collaboration with Corporate Brand Experience, Merchants, Communications, Marketing, Creative, and brand partners to support business objectives and drive customer engagement
- Cultivate and maintain relationships with philanthropic organizations, corporate partners, social groups, and media to strengthen community presence and generate brand excitement
- Monitor and analyze Client Relationship KPIs including customer trip frequency, spending tier migration, and engagement metrics for new and existing Most Valuable Customer (MVC) segments
- Lead client development initiatives at store and market levels, identifying opportunities for top clients to participate in Private Client Relations programs and exclusive experiences
- Identify and surface top client liabilities to the General Manager and develop strategies to drive anniversary sales and retention of high-ticket transactions
- Analyze weekly store and divisional customer performance data (sales, count, trips, dollars per customer) to inform real-time strategy adjustments and support business growth
- Serve as strategic business partner to General Manager and Divisional Store Executives, collaborating to achieve and exceed MVC and store sales targets
- Build, lead, motivate, and coach direct reports to maximize team performance and career development
- Present performance insights and strategic recommendations to executive leadership
Qualifications
- 4+ years of relevant experience in retail management, customer experience, events coordination, or marketing
- Demonstrated history of building, leading, motivating, and coaching teams
- Ability to synthesize data and translate insights into actionable business strategies
- Experience presenting to executive-level audiences
- Strong proficiency with social media platforms, Google Suite, Tableau, and CONNECT systems
- Proficiency with Adobe InDesign for creative materials
- Excellent organizational skills with ability to manage multiple overlapping project timelines and budgets
- Strong cross-functional communication and stakeholder management capabilities
- Ability to balance creative brand expression with commercial KPI focus and ROI accountability

Experience
4+ years of relevant experience in customer experience management, retail operations, brand marketing, or related luxury retail disciplines. Track record of successfully leading teams, managing complex projects, and driving measurable business outcomes.
Education
High school diploma or equivalent; bachelor's degree in business, marketing, communications, or related field preferred.
