Role & Responsibilities
- Deliver exceptional, consultative customer service to build long-term client relationships and drive repeat business.
- Execute proven selling behaviours and consistently exceed individual and departmental sales targets.
- Develop and maintain a personal clientele through proactive outreach, clienteling and appointment management.
- Maintain deep product knowledge of fine and fashion jewelry assortments and communicate brand stories to clients.
- Collaborate with vendor partners to create bespoke client events, trunk shows and co‑promotional selling opportunities.
- Support ad hoc store initiatives including merchandising, stock management and event execution as required.
