Role & Responsibilities
- Operate delivery vehicle safely and efficiently throughout major urban markets while maintaining professional appearance and conduct
- Execute white-glove delivery services for luxury clientele with emphasis on timeliness, discretion, and damage prevention
- Provide direct support to Fifth Avenue Club selling associates and coordinate with client services team
- Navigate complex city streets with proficiency and demonstrate adaptability to shifting route priorities
- Resolve client concerns and delivery complications with creative problem-solving and customer-first orientation
