Role & Responsibilities
- Deliver exceptional customer service and a luxury client experience to drive jewelry sales and repeat business.
- Execute professional, consultative selling behaviors consistently to meet and exceed assigned sales plans.
- Develop and maintain a personal clientele through proactive clienteling and relationship management.
- Maintain deep product knowledge of the jewelry assortment and partner brands to provide expert guidance.
- Collaborate with vendor partners to maximize sales through events, trunk shows and promotional initiatives.
- Perform ad hoc responsibilities as required to support floor operations and store initiatives.
