Role & Responsibilities
- Provide elevated, consultative customer service to build long‑term client relationships and drive repeat business.
- Achieve and exceed individual sales goals through effective consultative selling and proactive follow-up.
- Develop and maintain a personal clientele database; execute clienteling activities to grow lifetime value.
- Demonstrate and maintain expert product knowledge of jewelry assortments and luxury brands.
