Role & Responsibilities
- Develop thoughtful, visually engaging designs across digital, print, social media, email, packaging, retail, and advertising.
- Translate seasonal campaigns and brand strategies into cohesive creative assets within established creative direction.
- Own assigned design projects from initial concept through final production, incorporating feedback and delivering work to a high standard.
- Create polished layouts that present fashion, beauty, and lifestyle products in an elevated, engaging way.
- Use typography, layout, color, imagery, and graphic elements effectively to support brand identity.
- Work with the Creative Director and Art Directors to execute concepts across customer touchpoints, using established direction to guide design decisions.
- Participate in on-set shoots, supporting the Creative Director and Art Directors with image selections and layout development.
- Collaborate with copywriters, marketers, production teams, and other creative partners throughout the design process.
- Prepare accurate, production-ready files and manage assigned deliverables through final delivery, escalating questions or challenges when additional direction is needed.
- Follow established brand standards and contribute fresh ideas and thoughtful design solutions within the overall creative vision.
- Participate in creative reviews, respond to feedback, and independently incorporate revisions while maintaining design quality and consistency.
- Manage multiple projects and priorities, communicate progress, raise potential issues, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced creative environment.
- Continue developing design skills, creative thinking, and technical expertise through hands-on experience, collaboration, and feedback.
- Stay informed about current fashion, design, typography, digital, and cultural trends to bring relevant ideas and inspiration to the work.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Visual Communications, Fine Arts, or a related field.
- At least 3 years of professional graphic design experience, preferably in fashion, luxury retail, beauty, lifestyle, or a related industry.
- Strong portfolio demonstrating proficiency in typography, layout, composition, editorial design, and visual storytelling.
- Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite, including Photoshop, Illustrator, and InDesign, as well as Figma; After Effects experience is a plus.
- Working knowledge of print production, digital design, color management, and production file preparation.
- Experience designing across multiple channels, including digital, social media, email, e-commerce, print, packaging, and retail.
- Strong typography, composition, and layout skills, with an understanding of elevated, fashion-forward design.
- Understanding of luxury branding, fashion trends, visual culture, and current design practices.
- Ability to interpret creative direction and develop thoughtful, on-brand design solutions.
- Ability to collaborate effectively with Creative, Marketing, Merchandising, Photography, Copywriting, Production, and other cross-functional teams.
