Role & Responsibilities
- Maintain dining room aesthetics and ambiance by promptly clearing, sanitizing, and resetting tables according to luxury brand standards
- Master table numbers, seating charts, and server sections to navigate the dining floor with precision and efficiency
- Proactively polish and restock clean glassware, flatware, fine china, and fresh linens throughout service shifts
- Prepare and set up the dining room before service, including water carafes, coffee, iced tea, and beverage stations
- Act as a food runner, delivering culinary items and beverages from the kitchen to guest tables precisely as indicated by kitchen tickets
- Support both front-of-house and back-of-house teams by anticipating operational needs, refilling guest beverages, restocking line plates, and preparing luxury to-go orders
- Handle additional guest requests on the floor with immediate, gracious hospitality, escalating to the primary Server or Manager as needed
- Execute all pre-shift, post-shift, daily, and weekly operational duties with discipline under leadership direction
- Maintain the highest personal hygiene and presentation standards, including clean, pressed uniform and professionally styled appearance
- Participate actively in daily pre-shift meetings to review specials, service pacing, and VIP reservations
Qualifications
- High School Diploma or GED preferred
- Previous experience in food and beverage or upscale hospitality environments
- Foundational knowledge of table service guidelines and the proper order of service
- Competency in correct placement of luxury table settings (china, glass, flatware) according to service protocols
- Familiarity with basic food preparation concepts and culinary terminology
- Physical ability to stand for extended periods, walk the dining floor, bend, climb stairs, and safely lift and carry up to 35 pounds
- Ability to work flexible schedules including evenings, weekends, and holidays as required by hospitality business needs

Experience
Previous experience in a food and beverage or upscale hospitality role with a basic understanding of table service guidelines and proper service mechanics is preferred.
Education
High School Diploma or GED preferred.

Compensation
The base compensation for this position ranges from USD 19.61 to USD 24.51 per hour.
