Role & Responsibilities
- Manage client relationships and address all client needs when the consultant is unavailable, serving as a liaison between VIP clients and their dedicated consultant team
- Utilize time management and organizational skills to prioritize daily tasks and maintain detailed records
- Demonstrate computer literacy and proficiency with retail systems and clienteling platforms
- Maintain a professional and polished demeanor at all times, representing the Fifth Avenue Club brand with confidence and a positive attitude
- Execute ad hoc responsibilities as needed to support the operations of the premium clienteling environment
