Role & Responsibilities
- Drive individual Personal Shopping business by cultivating and growing a portfolio of private clients in an exclusive Fifth Avenue Club environment.
- Prospect, recruit and establish new Saks Fifth Avenue Club accounts and expand membership through targeted outreach and events.
- Develop and sustain deep client relationships through personalized service, proactive outreach and meticulous recordkeeping of preferences.
- Plan and leverage Club events to recruit members, increase sales and deepen engagement with existing clients.
- Use Saks Fifth Avenue online clientele resource tools to record client profiles, track preferences and manage follow‑up activity.
- Collaborate with the Stylist Manager and Club Director to propose ideas and initiatives that maximise individual and Club sales performance.
- Meet or exceed sales quotas and contribute to the Club’s overall revenue objectives.
- Perform ad hoc duties relevant to Club operations and client servicing as required.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent professional experience.
- Minimum of 3 years of retail experience in a luxury, client‑facing sales environment.
- Proven track record working in quota‑driven roles with consistent achievement of sales targets.
- Strong interpersonal skills: diplomatic, trustworthy, an attentive listener and skilled at building cooperation and long‑term relationships.
- Comfortable and fluent with social media and modern sales technologies.

Experience
At least three years of experience in luxury retail or personal shopping, with demonstrable success managing VIP clients and meeting quota‑driven sales objectives.
Education
Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.

Compensation
The base compensation for this position ranges from USD 10 to USD 35 per hour.
