Role & Responsibilities

  • Drive individual personal-shopping and Fifth Avenue Club sales by cultivating and expanding a high-value client portfolio.
  • Deliver exceptional, highly personalised client service within an exclusive Fifth Avenue Club environment to foster loyalty and repeat business.
  • Initiate and activate Club events to recruit new members, grow sales and deepen engagement with existing members.

  • Collaborate with Stylist Manager and Fifth Avenue Club Director to propose and implement strategies that maximise individual and Club sales performance.

  • Perform ad hoc responsibilities and adhere to company standards, policies and loss-prevention protocols.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent professional experience.
  • Minimum of 3 years' experience in a customer-focused luxury retail sales environment.
  • Proven ability to work to sales quotas and consistently meet or exceed revenue targets.
  • Demonstrable clienteling and relationship-management skills, including event-driven member recruitment.
  • Comfortable with social media platforms and digital tools to engage and grow client relationships.
  • Excellent interpersonal communication, diplomacy, and listening skills with strong networking capability.
