Role & Responsibilities
- Serve as an active liaison between clients and personal consultants, maintaining and advancing client relationships in the consultant’s absence
- Respond to and resolve client needs and inquiries with professionalism and discretion
- Prioritize and manage daily tasks to ensure timely follow-through on projects and client requests
- Operate store systems and digital tools accurately to support client service and administrative workflows
- Perform ad hoc duties as required to support the Fifth Avenue Club and broader store operations
