Role & Responsibilities
- Sustain and cultivate client relationships in the consultant's absence; act as the primary liaison between clients and sales consultants.
- Manage and prioritize daily administrative and client-facing tasks to ensure timely follow-through and exceptional service.
- Operate store technology and internal systems to support clienteling, appointments, and order processing.
- Perform ad hoc duties as required to support sales consultants and store operations.
- Represent the brand with a consistently professional, polished demeanor in all client interactions.
Qualifications
- Previous retail experience is required; experience in luxury or high-end retail strongly preferred.
- Availability to work a flexible schedule, including nights and weekends.
