Role & Responsibilities
- Maintain client relationships and address client needs in the absence of the primary consultant, acting as liaison between client and consultant
- Manage time effectively and prioritize daily tasks across multiple clients and requests
- Demonstrate proficiency with retail systems and computer applications to support client servicing and administrative functions
- Execute ad hoc responsibilities as required to support team operations and client experience
- Present a professional and polished demeanor, maintaining confidence and a positive attitude in all client interactions
