Role & Responsibilities
- Support and sustain client relationships in the absence of the assigned consultant; act as the primary liaison between client and consultant when required.
- Respond promptly and professionally to client requests, ensuring continuity of service and high standards of boutique hospitality.
- Manage daily priorities and tasks efficiently, demonstrating strong time management and organizational discipline.
- Operate point‑of‑sale and internal systems; maintain accurate client records and follow up on client communications.
- Perform ad hoc duties to support store operations and consultant workflows as business needs dictate.
- Present a polished, professional demeanor at all times, reflecting luxury brand standards.
Qualifications
- Previous retail experience required; experience within luxury or upscale retail environments preferred.
- Availability to work a flexible schedule including evenings and weekends.
- Demonstrated client service orientation and ability to interact respectfully and professionally with a diverse clientele.
- Strong organizational skills with close attention to detail and follow‑through.
- Computer literate and comfortable using retail systems and basic office software.
