Role & Responsibilities
- Serve as the primary point of contact for Fifth Avenue Club clients when their consultant is unavailable; maintain and advance client relationships.
- Act as a liaison between clients and personal consultants to ensure timely follow-up and resolution of client requests.
- Prioritize and manage daily tasks efficiently, exercising strong time management and attention to detail.
- Operate store systems and maintain accurate client records; perform ad hoc responsibilities as required to support the client experience.
- Present a consistently professional, polished demeanor and deliver exceptional, discreet customer service to an upscale clientele.
Qualifications
- Retail experience required; prior experience in luxury retail or department store clienteling preferred.
- Availability to work a flexible schedule, including nights and weekends.
