Role & Responsibilities
- Maintain and continue client relationships when consultants are unavailable, acting as the liaison between client and consultant
- Respond to and resolve client requests with discretion and a client-first orientation
- Prioritize and manage daily tasks to ensure timely follow-through on projects and client needs
- Operate retail systems and maintain computer-based records; support administrative and CRM processes
- Perform ad hoc duties as required to support store operations and client service standards
- Uphold a professional, polished demeanor at all times and represent the brand with confidence
Qualifications
- Previous retail experience required
- Availability to work a flexible schedule, including nights and weekends
- Professional presentation and a positive, client-focused attitude
