Role & Responsibilities
- Serve as the primary contact for Fifth Avenue Club clients when assigned consultants are unavailable, maintaining and advancing client relationships.
- Act as a liaison between clients and sales consultants to ensure seamless follow‑through on requests, appointments and special orders.
- Manage daily priorities with strong time management and organizational discipline to meet client and store needs.
- Perform system‑based tasks and maintain accuracy in client records, communications and administrative workflows.
- Resolve client issues proactively and escalate complex matters to management as appropriate; undertake ad hoc responsibilities to support the selling floor.
Qualifications
- Previous retail experience required; experience within luxury or premium retail environments preferred.
- Available to work a flexible schedule, including nights and weekends.
- Professional, polished presentation with the ability to interact respectfully and confidently with high‑value clients.
- Demonstrated attention to detail, strong organizational aptitude and reliable follow‑through.
