Role & Responsibilities
- Maintain and continue client relationships in the consultant’s absence; act as liaison between clients and sales consultants.
- Manage and prioritize daily tasks using effective time management to ensure timely follow-through on client requests and store initiatives.
- Operate store systems and digital tools to support clienteling, appointments, and transaction processing; demonstrate computer literacy and systems proficiency.
- Perform ad hoc duties as required to support the sales floor and client services team, including preparing client communications and follow-ups.
Qualifications
- Previous retail experience is required.
- Available to work a flexible schedule, including nights and weekends.
- Professional, polished presentation with a positive and confident demeanor.
- Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to interact respectfully and diplomatically with a diverse clientele.
Experience
