Role & Responsibilities
- Maintain and cultivate ongoing client relationships; act as liaison between clients and sales consultants when consultants are unavailable.
- Respond to and resolve client inquiries and requests promptly while preserving a high level of discretion and service.
- Prioritise and manage daily tasks to ensure timely follow-through on client appointments, requests and administrative duties.
- Support consultants with client outreach, order follow-up and basic clienteling activities to sustain sales continuity.
- Perform ad hoc store duties as required to support seamless operations and elevated client experiences.
Qualifications
- Previous retail experience is required, preferably within a luxury or high-end department store environment.
- Ability to work a flexible schedule, including evenings and weekends.
- Professional, polished presentation and confident interpersonal manner.
- Demonstrated ability to interact respectfully with a diverse client base and maintain confidentiality.

Experience
Demonstrable retail experience required; prior exposure to luxury client service or personal shopping is highly desirable.
Education
High school diploma or equivalent preferred; post-secondary education in retail, hospitality or business is advantageous but not mandatory.

The base compensation for this position ranges from USD 17.05 to USD 21.32 per hour.
