Role & Responsibilities
- Drive an individual personal-shopping business within the Fifth Avenue Club by developing and maintaining high-value client relationships and delivering tailored styling and service.
- Source merchandise for client appointments across Saks’ inventory networks, including flagship stores, the digital ‘endless aisle’ and distribution centers.
- Use company clienteling tools to record and maintain client profiles, preferences and sales activity to support repeat business and retention.
- Plan, host and leverage Club events to recruit new clients, grow sales and cultivate existing relationships.
- Maintain a visible digital presence to attract clientele and support business through social media selling and content creation.
- Perform basic fittings and alteration support with guidance from the Alterations Director; coordinate follow-up with in-store services as required.
- Act as a community and brand ambassador for Saks Fifth Avenue and perform ad hoc responsibilities to support the Fifth Avenue Club team.
Qualifications
- Minimum three years of retail experience within a customer-focused luxury sales environment.
- Proven experience achieving sales targets in a commission-based environment.
- Demonstrable familiarity with luxury fashion and lifestyle assortments.
- Established client network and active presence on multiple social media platforms with capability to create content to support business.
- Experience planning or executing client events and private-shopping initiatives.
- Strong interpersonal, presentation and relationship-management skills; comfortable working onsite in a high-touch setting.
Experience
At least 3 years of hands-on luxury retail or personal-shopping experience with a track record of meeting sales quotas, executing client events and growing a personal book of business via in-person and digital channels.
Education
High school diploma or equivalent; post-secondary coursework in fashion, merchandising, visual merchandising or retail management is a plus.

The role is situated in Palm Beach Gardens, Florida, USA — conveniently close to West Palm Beach.
Compensation
The base compensation for this position ranges from USD 10 to USD 25 per hour.
