Role & Responsibilities
- Cultivate and maintain high-caliber client relationships through personalized service and tailored fashion consultations
- Recruit new clients and develop existing relationships through Fifth Avenue Club events and digital outreach
- Collaborate with the Fifth Avenue Club team to identify business development opportunities and strategies to maximize individual and team sales performance
- Utilize Saks Fifth Avenue's client relationship management systems to record, maintain, and leverage customer preferences and purchase history
- Source product across Saks' omnichannel networks—including flagship locations, digital endless aisle, and distribution centers—to fulfill client appointments
- Assist clients with fittings and basic alterations under the guidance and training of the Alterations Director
- Build and maintain a strategic digital presence across multiple social media platforms to attract new clientele and drive business growth
- Serve as a community and brand ambassador representing Saks Fifth Avenue values and aesthetic
- Execute and support Fifth Avenue Club events designed to recruit, engage, and retain premium clients
Qualifications
- Minimum 3 years of retail experience in a customer-focused luxury sales environment
- Demonstrated expertise in luxury fashion and lifestyle retail
- Proven ability to work effectively within a commission-based sales structure and meet sales quotas
