Role & Responsibilities
- Continue and maintain client relationships, addressing all client needs during periods when the primary consultant is unavailable
- Act as liaison between clients and sales consultants, ensuring seamless communication and service continuity
- Manage time effectively and prioritize daily tasks to maximize productivity and client satisfaction
- Demonstrate proficiency with digital systems and retail technology platforms
