Role & Responsibilities
- Serve as the Fifth Avenue Club liaison: maintain and continue client relationships, address client needs and act on behalf of consultants when they are unavailable.
- Deliver high-touch, personalized service to VIP and regular clients, resolving problems proactively and professionally.
- Manage daily priorities with strong time-management and organizational discipline to ensure seamless client experiences.
- Operate retail systems and maintain accurate client records; perform ad hoc administrative and operational tasks as required.
- Escalate complex client issues to appropriate consultants or management and follow through until resolution.
Qualifications
- Previous retail experience is required, preferably in luxury or premium-brand environments.
- Willingness to work a flexible schedule including evenings, weekends and peak retail periods.
- Consistently professional and polished presentation with a confident, positive demeanor.
- Ability to interact respectfully and effectively with a diverse, high-end clientele.
