- Manipulate and analyze raw datasets in Excel and Google Sheets to build pivot tables that surface key trends and present clear, easy-to-understand findings
- Submit clear, detailed requests to the CRM team via Jira for targeted audience lists, monitor requests actively, and ensure timely delivery
- Write basic SQL queries to pull, filter, and aggregate data from internal customer databases to support ad-hoc questions and routine reporting
- Build relationships with cross-functional teams to understand business needs and identify how customer strategy can support organizational objectives
