Saks Fifth Avenue seeks a Customer Experience Manager in Miami, FL to drive client relations and brand experiences through event management and strategic partnerships.
Role & Responsibilities
- Develop and execute detailed action plans for events in partnership with Selling Managers, Group Managers, Corporate Special Events, and Senior Store Leadership
- Manage scheduling, budgeting, internal and external communications, planning, production, and reporting for each event
- Plan and collaborate on seasonal events calendar across markets in partnership with Corporate Brand Experience, Merchants, Communications, and brand partners
- Develop community relationships with philanthropic organizations, social groups, and corporate partnerships
- Create compelling brand activations and events while maintaining commercial mindset to achieve short- and long-term ROI with clear selling goals
- Monitor Client Relationship KPIs including trip frequency, spending tier migration, and engagement metrics for new and existing valued customers
- Identify opportunities to deepen relationships with top clients for Private Client Relations programs
- Serve as strategic business partner to General Manager and store leadership on overall store client health and target achievement
- Surface top client liabilities to GM and develop strategy to anniversary large ticket sales in partnership with key associates
- Monitor and analyze weekly store and divisional customer performance metrics and inform real-time strategy adjustments
Qualifications
- 4+ years of relevant retail or luxury brand experience
- History of building, leading, motivating, and coaching teams
- Ability to synthesize data to determine relevant business actions
- Experience presenting at the executive level
- Strong proficiency with social media platforms, Google Suite, Tableau, and CONNECT system
