Saks Fifth Avenue in Palm Desert seeks a Beauty Advisor to deliver Chanel cosmetics consultations and drive sales at the Chanel counter.
Role & Responsibilities
- Deliver exceptional, personalized customer service from approach through application, closing the sale and post‑sale follow-up.
- Achieve and exceed individual, vendor-line, event and department sales targets.
- Build and maintain long-term client relationships as the designated brand expert for the Chanel cosmetics counter.
- Utilize Saks Fifth Avenue’s clienteling system to record client details, preferences and follow-up actions to drive repeat business.
- Support and participate in pre-booked facial consultations and in‑house training initiatives.
- Maintain counter standards and merchandising to ensure a clean, inviting and brand-appropriate selling environment.
- Act as liaison with the assigned Account Executive and collaborate effectively with the broader cosmetics team.
Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year of retail experience, preferably within a cosmetics or beauty-focused environment.
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales quotas.
- Demonstrated professional make‑up and treatment consultation and application skills.
- Ability to multitask and perform effectively in a fast‑paced, team-oriented environment with minimal supervision.
- Strong attention to detail, initiative, and sound business judgment.
