Role & Responsibilities
- Deliver exceptional, personalized beauty consultations—from approach to application to sale—and maintain follow-up to drive repeat business.
- Achieve and exceed individual, vendor-line, event and department sales targets and contribute to daily and monthly goals.
- Utilize Saks Fifth Avenue’s clienteling system and online clienteling resource tool to capture client data, preferences and purchase history and to drive targeted outreach.
- Plan and execute pre-booked facial consultation events and in‑store demonstrations in partnership with brand Account Executives.
- Maintain a pristine, welcoming and properly merchandised counter; ensure inventory and visual standards are upheld.
- Participate in in-house training programs to maintain product knowledge and professional consultation skills.
- Act as a brand ambassador and liaison with vendor Account Executives while representing Saks Fifth Avenue standards and principles.
Qualifications
- Minimum one year of retail experience; prior cosmetics or beauty counter experience strongly preferred.
- Demonstrated track record of meeting or exceeding sales quotas.
- Proven ability to deliver professional makeup and treatment consultations and product application.
- Comfortable working in a fast‑paced, team-oriented environment with high levels of multi-tasking and autonomy.
- Proficiency or willingness to learn proprietary clienteling tools and other retail software.
Skills
Experience
Minimum of 1 year of retail experience, preferably in a cosmetics or beauty-focused environment, with demonstrated success meeting or exceeding individual sales targets.
Education
High school diploma or equivalent. Cosmetology, esthetician or related certification preferred but not required.
Workplace
The successful candidate will be located in Naples, Florida, USA, with easy access to Miami.
Compensation
The base compensation for this position ranges from USD 19.16 to USD 23.95 per hour.
