Role & Responsibilities
- Deliver exemplary client service following Saks Fifth Avenue principles (Greet, Relate, Exceed, Attend, Thank).
- Achieve and exceed individual, vendor line and event sales targets through consultative selling and relationship building.
- Develop and maintain client relationships using Saks Fifth Avenue’s clienteling system and by executing pre‑booked facial consultation events.
- Provide professional make‑up and treatment consultations and complete applications to close retail sales.
- Maintain counter presentation and merchandising standards to ensure a clean, welcoming selling environment.
- Collaborate with the Cosmetics Selling Manager and vendor Account Executives to drive business and represent brand positioning.
Qualifications
- Minimum one year of retail experience, preferably within a cosmetics or beauty environment.
- Demonstrated track record of achieving or exceeding sales quotas.
- Proven ability to work effectively in a fast‑paced, team‑oriented environment while managing multiple tasks autonomously.
- Strong attention to detail, initiative and sound business judgment.
- Ability to learn and utilise proprietary clienteling tools and in‑house sales software.

Experience
Minimum of 1 year of retail experience—preferably in cosmetics—with demonstrated successful sales performance and experience exceeding quota in a client‑facing role.
