Role & Responsibilities
- Deliver exemplary, personalized service following Saks Fifth Avenue selling principles (Greet, Relate, Exceed, Attend, Thank).
- Achieve and exceed individual, vendor line, event, and department sales targets; drive sales for the Chanel counter.
- Conduct professional make-up and treatment consultations, applications, and follow-up to convert trials into sales.
- Build and maintain long-term client relationships using Saks Fifth Avenue's clienteling system and proprietary online tools.
- Maintain counter standards: merchandising, cleanliness, stock presentation and visual readiness for appointments and events.
- Support and participate in in-house training, pre-booked facial consultation events, and vendor-led initiatives.
Qualifications
- Minimum one year of retail experience, preferably in a customer-focused cosmetics or beauty environment.
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales quotas in a retail setting.
- Demonstrable ability to perform professional makeup and treatment consultations and applications.
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment with strong multitasking skills and minimal supervision.
- Proficiency in learning and using online clienteling tools and proprietary retail software.

Experience
Minimum of 1 year of retail experience, ideally within cosmetics or luxury beauty, with demonstrated success in sales performance and client development.
Education
High school diploma or equivalent preferred; formal training or certification in cosmetology or professional makeup artistry is a plus.
