Role & Responsibilities
- Deliver exemplary, personalised customer service following Saks Fifth Avenue principles (Greet, Relate, Exceed, Attend, Thank).
- Achieve and exceed individual, vendor-line, event and department sales targets through proactive selling and follow-up.
- Perform professional makeup application and treatment consultations; conduct and support pre-booked facial consultation events.
- Utilize Saks Fifth Avenue online clienteling tool to record client preferences, manage relationships and drive repeat business.
- Maintain a polished, well-merchandised counter and a welcoming selling environment consistent with brand standards.
- Collaborate with the Cosmetics Selling Manager and designated Account Executive to represent vendor lines and coordinate activities.
Qualifications
- Minimum one year of retail experience, preferably within a customer-focused cosmetics or beauty environment.
- Documented history of meeting or exceeding sales quotas.
- Proven ability to perform makeup application and treatment consultations to professional standards.
- Comfortable learning and using proprietary clienteling software and other retail tools.
- Strong organisational skills, sound business judgement, attention to detail and the ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment.
- Professional presentation and the ability to build and sustain client relationships.

Minimum of 1 year of retail experience, preferably in cosmetics; prior experience demonstrating successful sales results and quota attainment in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.

The successful candidate will be located in Sarasota, Florida, USA, with easy access to Tampa.
Compensation
The base compensation for this position ranges from USD 19.16 to USD 23.95 per hour.
