Role & Responsibilities
- Deliver exceptional, luxury-level customer service following Saks principles (Greet, Relate, Exceed, Attend, Thank).
- Achieve and exceed individual, vendor-line, event, and department sales targets; actively drive personal business performance.
- Conduct beauty consultations, make-up application and pre-booked facial events; create personalised product recommendations.
- Utilize Saks Fifth Avenue’s online clienteling tool to record client profiles, preferences and follow-ups to grow repeat business.
- Maintain counter standards and visual merchandising: ensure a clean, well-merchandised, and inviting selling area.
- Collaborate with Account Executives, vendor partners and store colleagues to execute promotions and in-store events.
- Close retail sales proficiently and follow up with clients to nurture long-term relationships.
Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year of retail experience, preferably within a cosmetics or luxury beauty environment.
- Proven record of meeting or exceeding sales quotas and strong commercial orientation.
- Professional make-up application and facial/treatment consultation skills.
- Demonstrated ability to multi-task in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment with minimal supervision.
- Strong organizational skills, initiative, attention to detail and sound business judgment.

Experience
At least one year of retail experience, ideally in cosmetics or beauty; documented success in meeting or exceeding sales goals and experience using clienteling or CRM tools in a luxury retail setting.
Education
High school diploma or equivalent required; cosmetology, beauty or related certification preferred.

Compensation
The base compensation for this position ranges from USD 19.16 to USD 23.95 per hour.
