Saks Fifth Avenue (Boca Raton) is hiring a Beauty Advisor (La Prairie) — full‑time, onsite role delivering luxury cosmetics consultations. $19–$23/hr.
Role & Responsibilities
- Deliver white‑glove customer service by modeling Saks Fifth Avenue principles (Greet, Relate, Exceed, Attend, Thank).
- Achieve and exceed individual, vendor line, event, and department sales targets through proactive selling and client development.
- Conduct personalized consultations and professional makeup/skincare applications; close retail sales and follow up to cultivate repeat business.
- Utilize Saks Fifth Avenue’s clienteling system and online clienteling resource tool to record client preferences and drive appointments and conversions.
- Partner with vendor Account Executives and the Cosmetics Selling Manager to execute in‑store events, pre‑booked facial consultations, and merchandising standards.
- Maintain counter standards: ensure a clean, well‑merchandised, and welcoming selling environment.
Qualifications
- Minimum one year of retail experience, preferably in a cosmetics or beauty‑focused environment.
- Proven sales performance with history of meeting or exceeding quota.
- Demonstrated ability to perform professional make‑up application and skincare consultation.
- Comfortable working in a fast‑paced, team‑oriented environment with strong multitasking and organizational skills.
- Proficiency with online clienteling tools and willingness to learn proprietary Saks systems.
- Sound business judgment, initiative, and the ability to work independently to grow a personal client base.

Experience
At least one year of retail experience, ideally within a cosmetics or beauty counter environment, with a documented record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
Education
High school diploma or equivalent; cosmetology, esthetician, or related certification preferred but not required.

Compensation
The base compensation for this position ranges from USD 19 to USD 23 per hour.
