Role & Responsibilities
- Deliver personalized beauty consultations, make-up application and product recommendations to meet client needs and brand standards.
- Achieve and exceed individual, vendor line and event sales goals through proactive selling and follow-up.
- Develop and maintain long-term client relationships using Saks Fifth Avenue’s clienteling tools to record preferences and drive repeat business.
- Represent the Balenciaga counter as the brand expert and liaison to the designated Account Executive and vendor partners.
- Prepare and execute pre-booked facial consultation events and in-house training programs to grow clientele and sales.
- Maintain impeccable counter standards: merchandising, cleanliness and a welcoming selling environment.
- Collaborate effectively with team members to support department goals and ensure seamless customer experiences.
Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year of retail experience, preferably in a cosmetics or beauty-focused environment.
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
- Demonstrable skill in professional make-up application and facial treatment consultation.
- Comfortable learning and using proprietary clienteling and retail systems.
- Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, initiative and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
- Ability to work independently to build a personal book of business while contributing to team objectives.
