Role & Responsibilities
- Model Saks Fifth Avenue service principles (Greet, Relate, Exceed, Attend, Thank) to deliver an exceptional luxury experience.
- Achieve and exceed individual, vendor line, event, and department sales targets through proactive selling and client development.
- Build and maintain long‑term customer relationships; act as the brand and department expert on assigned accounts.
- Collaborate with Account Executives and vendor partners to maximize merchandising and promotional opportunities.
- Use Saks Fifth Avenue’s online clienteling resource tool to capture client data, preferences and follow‑up actions to drive repeat business.
- Conduct professional consultations and application services (make‑up and treatment), including pre‑booked facial consultation events.
- Maintain counter merchandising and visual standards: ensure a clean, well‑merchandised and welcoming selling environment.
- Participate in in‑house training programs and vendor education to sustain product knowledge and selling techniques.
Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year retail sales experience; cosmetics or beauty environment experience strongly preferred.
- Demonstrated track record of meeting or exceeding sales quotas.
- Proven ability to multitask in a fast‑paced, team‑oriented retail environment with minimal supervision.
- Comfort and proficiency using clienteling and point‑of‑sale systems; ability to learn proprietary Saks tools.
- Professional competency in make‑up and treatment consultation and application.

Experience
