Role & Responsibilities
- Model all Saks Fifth Avenue service principles (Greet, Relate, Exceed, Attend, Thank) in every customer interaction
- Achieve and exceed individual and vendor line sales goals, event sales objectives, and departmental daily and monthly targets
- Develop and maintain excellent customer relationships through expert brand knowledge and personalized service
- Utilize Saks Fifth Avenue's proprietary clienteling system to record client preferences, maintain account information, and drive personal business development
- Deliver professional makeup application, skincare consultation, and treatment recommendations tailored to individual client needs
- Conduct pre-booked facial consultation events and in-house training programs
- Maintain a consistently clean, tidy, and welcoming selling counter environment that reflects brand standards
- Collaborate effectively with team members and designated Account Executives to strengthen vendor partnerships and departmental performance
Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year of retail experience, preferably in cosmetics or prestige beauty
