Saks Fifth Avenue — Beverly Hills is hiring a Beauty Advisor (Cosmetics) at $22.03–$27.54/hr to deliver luxury beauty consultations and drive sales.
Role & Responsibilities
- Deliver best-in-class, personalized beauty consultations and product demonstrations across cosmetics and skincare lines.
- Achieve and exceed individual, vendor line and event sales targets while contributing to department daily and monthly goals.
- Build and maintain long-term client relationships using Saks Fifth Avenue’s clienteling tools to capture preferences and follow up proactively.
- Prepare and maintain a professionally merchandised, clean and welcoming counter; ensure inventory and presentation standards are upheld.
- Participate in in-house training programs, pre-booked facial consultation events and vendor-led promotions; represent the counter as the brand expert.
- Collaborate with the Cosmetics Selling Manager and vendor account executives to drive business and maintain positive account relations.
Qualifications
- Minimum one year of retail experience, preferably in a cosmetics or beauty environment.
- Proven sales performance with demonstrated ability to meet or exceed quotas.
- Professional experience in make-up application and skincare consultation.
- Strong interpersonal skills, with the ability to establish rapport quickly and maintain client relationships.
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced, team-oriented setting while managing multiple priorities with minimal supervision.
- Ability to learn and use proprietary clienteling and point-of-sale systems.

Experience
At least 1 year of retail sales experience, ideally within a cosmetics or skincare environment, with a track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
Education
High school diploma or equivalent; cosmetology, esthetics or related beauty certification preferred.

Compensation
The base compensation for this position ranges from USD 22.03 to USD 27.54 per hour.
