Role & Responsibilities
- Deliver an exceptional luxury customer experience from greeting through application to sale and follow-up, modelling Saks Fifth Avenue Principles (Greet, Relate, Exceed, Attend, Thank).
- Drive and exceed individual, vendor line, event, and department sales goals through proactive selling, clienteling and relationship development.
- Manage pre-booked facial consultations and in-house training events to grow client base and service revenue.
- Use Saks Fifth Avenue’s clienteling system to record and maintain client information, preferences and follow-ups to build repeat business.
- Maintain counter standards: ensure a clean, well-merchandised, inviting selling area aligned with brand presentation guidelines.
- Act as a liaison with assigned Account Executives and vendor partners, representing the brand with professionalism.
- Close retail transactions proficiently while demonstrating product knowledge and application techniques.
Qualifications
- Minimum one year of retail experience, ideally within a cosmetics or beauty environment.
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales quotas and vendor line objectives.
- Demonstrable ability to perform professional make-up and treatment consultations and applications.
- Comfortable working in a fast‑paced, team-oriented environment with strong multitasking skills and minimal supervision.
- Proficiency with online clienteling tools and willingness to adopt proprietary Saks Fifth Avenue software.

Experience
Minimum of 1 year of retail experience, preferably in cosmetics or a customer-focused beauty environment, with a documented history of exceeding sales targets and experience using clienteling or CRM tools.
Education
High school diploma or equivalent required; cosmetology, esthetics, or related certification preferred.

Compensation
The base compensation for this position ranges from USD 19 to USD 23 per hour.
